Emma Hinde – Supervisor
I am qualified at level 5. I have worked at pre-school over 10 years and really enjoy my role as supervisor. I mostly enjoy watching the children gain independence and learning through play. I am a mother of 2. In my spare time, I like to cook and keep fit by running.
Jayne Bandey – Deputy Supervisor
I am qualified at level 3. I have also worked at pre-school for over 10 years and enjoy my role as deputy to Emma. I also enjoy being a key person and building relationships with the children and their parents. I am a mother to two. At home, I enjoy gardening, cooking and sewing.
Lynda Palmer – Pre-School Assistant
I am qualified at level 2 and have worked at the pre-school for over 20 years. I really enjoy playing and getting messy with the children. I am a mother to four. At home, I enjoy spending time with my family and going swimming.
Laura Wright – Pre-School Assistant
I am qualified at level 6. I enjoy being a key person and especially enjoy teaching them early counting skills. I have 3 children. In my spare time, I enjoy running and general fitness.
Julie Perkins – Pre-School Assistant
I am qualified at level 3. I enjoy creating with the children. I have two school age children. In my spare time, I like to keep fit and attend body conditioning classes.
Helen Pegram – Pre-School Assistant
I am qualified at level 6. I enjoy arts & crafts with the children the most and messy play. I am a mother to two boys. In my spare time, I enjoy keeping fit and getting outdoors with my children.
Sarah Brooks – Pre School Assistant
I am qualified at level 6. My favourite area at pre-school is the mark making table. I am a mother to two girls. In my spare time I enjoy walking, bike riding and generally keeping active. I teach languages – Spanish, French & German. I am a HUGE fan of Gary Barlow and attend as many of his concerts as possible!
Joanna Prescott – Pre-School Assistant
I am qualified at Level 3. At pre-school, I mostly enjoy arts, watching the children’s creations and how they express themselves. I am a mother to two. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, reading, looking after my pets. I have done a horticulture course.
Liz Dabell – Pre-School Assistant
At pre-school, I really enjoy the role play area and watching children use their imagination. I like to sit with them in the reading corner and share a story with them having some quiet time but having said that, I also like the messy side as I enjoy arts and crafts and helping children with their creative side. I am a mother to 3 children – 2 girls and 1 boy. In my spare time, I enjoy swimming & running. I love blasting out ‘Example’ in the car, singing along and eating chocolate buttons!!
Emily Lile – Pre-School Assistant
I am qualified at Level 6. I have been teaching for over 16 years in a variety of Early Years settings. I love to explore creativity with the children and thoroughly enjoy exploring the children’s interest in colour and diffferent media. I am a mum to three children. In my spare time I love to walk my two troublesome terriers around the Brixworth Countryside.
Melanie Troth – Pre-School Assistant
At Pre-School, I enjoy telling stories, listening to the children, hearing their ideas and watching them gain confidence. I am a mother to 3 children. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, swimming and walking my two crazy dogs.
Judith Rose – Pre-School Administrator
In my role as administrator, I provide support to the Preschool staff and Committee. My role includes, managing the waiting list, invoicing, processing free entitlement claims and other adhoc administrative tasks. Before taking on this role, I held the role of Treasurer for the Preschool Committee for over 5 years. I love being a part of such a brilliant Preschool. I have 3 children, 2 boys and 1 girl who have all attended the preschool. In my spare time, I love to cook, especially baking, and I work off the calories by running, cycling and chasing round after my kids.
